What can an investor expect?All my wikifolios are intended for the long-term investor. I try to ignore short-term fluctuations and focus on long-term wealth accumulation. I want to encourage my investors to do the same – both in times of outperformance and underperformance.Current trend stocks, investor favorites and shares of the “Magnificent 7” will NOT be found in my wikifolios. Investing off the beaten track means consciously looking where others are not yet looking. This is my world! It means not letting yourself be driven by the crowd, but cultivating your own convictions, analyses and perspectives. Those who choose this path accept that real opportunities rarely appear loudly. They hide in niches, in early trends, in underestimated markets and in ideas that initially seem unusual. In my opinion, however, the chances are much higher here.Away from the familiar routes, there is room for clarity: less noise, less herd instinct, more focus on substance. This is exactly where investments can grow that not only bring returns, but also the feeling of having discovered something of their own. It is the courage to think against the tide — and the serenity to trust in one’s own preparation. Investing off the beaten track is not an adventure out of recklessness, but a path for people who recognize opportunities before they become obvious.I strongly believe that my strategy of buying high-quality and under-noticed small businesses at low prices will deliver attractive absolute and relative returns in the long run.Thanks for reading!
