Last Updated: January 1, 2026

Buyside Digest respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This Takedown Policy outlines the process for requesting the removal of content from our platform.

1. Content Removal Requests

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative and believe that any content hosted on Buyside Digest infringes upon your copyrights or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a takedown request.

2. How to Submit a Request

To request a takedown, please provide the following information in writing to info@buysidedigest.com:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the URL of the page).
  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

3. Our Process

Upon receipt of a valid takedown notice, we will:

  • Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
  • Notify the user who posted the content (if applicable) that the material has been removed.
  • Maintain a record of the request and our response.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. We will follow the procedures set forth in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) for such counter-notifications.
