RLH SPAC Fund, LP returned 0.3% in Q4 2025, bringing its full-year 2025 return to 21.8% and inception-to-date return to 55.6% since October 2021. 2025 was the Fund's strongest year since inception and the first where all three strategies (SPAC arbitrage, NRAs, and proprietary investments) contributed meaningfully. While the broader IPO market continued to thaw, robust SPAC IPO issuance (+144 in 2025 raising over $30bn) outpaced deal announcements (65 in 2025), causing a supply-demand mismatch and yield widening. RLH responded by reducing exposure to expensive pre-deal SPACs and shifting focus toward underwriting high-yielding secondary SPACs with downside protection. Entering 2026, the manager remains constructive on the SPAC opportunity set, plans to focus on proprietary investments over PIPEs, and expects to monetize existing SPV and proprietary positions in the near term.
