For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, the Lord Abbett High Yield Fund (Class I) returned +1.40%, outperforming its benchmark, the ICE BofA U.S. High Yield Constrained Index, which returned +1.37%. Relative outperformance was primarily driven by positive credit selection, particularly within the CCC rating bucket (by avoiding underperforming issues) and the Healthcare and Financial Services sectors. Underweighting the underperforming Specialty Retail space also helped. Conversely, the fund's underweight position in BBs and overweight in CCCs detracted as BBs outperformed CCCs during the quarter.
