Zelikovic Investments Yoav Zelikovic | “EXOR (EXO.MI), a longstanding family-owned company (and one of our first holdings (we started buying when the share price was ~€30 and today the stock trades above ~€67) demonstrating excellent capital allocation and very successful acquisitions. The company's current market cap is above ~€22B, despite the past few years being very challenging. Among EXOR's holdings are Ferrari (RACE), Stellantis (STLA), heavy farm equipment company CNH Industrial (CNHI), Juventus Football Club (JUVE.MI), luxury footwear company, Christian Louboutin, the Economist newspaper, the luxury shoe company Christian Louboutin and Via transportation which IPO'd in 2025. The company's net asset value decreased by 8% in 2025. During the year, Exor sold a portion of its holdings in shares of Ferrari (RACE) of which they still own 21.3%, and invested large portion of the proceeds in Exor's own stock. There is no doubt that this company is economically robust, firmly complying with all of the criteria I believe in for long term investments (see my article on EXOR in my blog in The Marker dated 9 April 2020) despite the share price decline of 17% in 2025 and another 5% YTD.” | NEUTRAL | Q2 2026 Aug 3, 2026 | View Pitch |
